I have extremely sensitive skin. If I touch my face or arm, I get a red patch that lingers for minutes. Great Lotion, Terrible Packaging

The quality of the lotion itself is great. The scent is lovely and the lotion is rich and moisturizing. It comes in a nice glass jar, but the pump doesn’t function at all. Because the lotion is so thick, I don’t know how ai’ll be able to get it out of the bottle. When a company spends so much on nice packaging, I can’t imagine how they wouldn’t ensure the pump functions properly. So frustrating!
