Felt dry to me

Pleasantly surprised

Turning out to be one of my favorite bases. I was hesitant at first because of the coconut oil, but over a nourishing primer, this balmy skin tint is so beautiful and deeply moisturizing. I have dry skin, and I found this formula to sit so well on my skin
