Changing the formula?

I used to absolutely love this and I was so happy I finally found a great mascara for my sensitive eyes, but like some other users have mentioned I feel like the formula has changed again recently, it has become flakey and clumpy after a month or two and I have a lot of residue falling into my eyes. Hopefully this gets fixed because otherwise I loved it!
