Applies nice but flakes

I liked the brush and how it applied to my lashes. Definitely made them look longer and defined, not as much volume as I thought but not bad. I love how easy it was to take off with water. No smudging, however, I did find that it flaked off during the day. I feel like every time I looked in the mirror there would be a few flakes here and there. Easy enough to wipe off but ended up returning for something else.
