Opened the pencil to see that there’s no product in it. And the bristles on the gel wand were messed up making application messy. I’ll be returning mine soon.

Easy to use for beginners!

I have zero experience with doing my own brows. I always thought people overdid them and made it look so unnatural. Even though I knew my brows needed it due to them not being very full, I was very skeptical. My sister got married and I tried it. It ended up looking so nice but again, I was hesitant. This bad boy went on sale and I made the jump. It was very easy to apply, went on smoothly, and my one small mistake was very easy to correct. This was with one try without watching videos. It looked perfect with my dark brown hair. Best of all, it didn’t look blocky as expected.
