It's a sticky no for me
I was disappointed that the powder version broke so easily so I tried this. gorgeous color but crazy sticky.

Amazing
I really love this highlighter so much. The only problem is I wish it just wasn’t so pigmented. I love it so much. i’ve had this highlighter for a year now.
