[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling gel water jelly tint is super pigmented. As soon as you apply you gotta start blending otherwise it will stay on and it’s not blendale after it dries out. I got the color PHREEZE and it’s a bubble gum kinda thing. It tints, it stays.
