The back of the liner broke when I took the cap off of it. Last only a couple hours after applying to the water line. Transfers unless set with an eyeshadow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used this eyeliner since I was in high school. And I still love it. Its so smooth. Glides on like butter. The color is very pigmented. It stays all day even in the water line. Its the perfect liner
