Great waterproof eyeliner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a great eyeliner. I love that. It is soft and blend bowl. Oh while being waterproof. I would say that the pencil itself did break pretty easily when applying pressure, but it is easy enough to sharpen. The pigmentation was very high-quality.

Beautiful and comforting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil for a while now, and overall I really like it, but it’s not completely perfect. The texture is smooth, creamy, and glides on easily without tugging, which makes it comfortable for the delicate waterline area. It’s one of the few pencils that’s actually made for the waterline, so I was excited to try it. The pigment payoff is strong — especially in the darker shades like “Legend” and “Tootsie.” One swipe gives great color, and it definitely adds definition and makes my eyes stand out. The formula claims to be waterproof and last up to 24 hours. While I wouldn’t say it lasts quite that long, it does hold up well for several hours without smudging too much. If you have moderately dry or normal eyes, it performs great. But if your eyes water easily or you have oily lids, you may notice some fading or transfer after 5–8 hours. I usually need one quick touch-up during the day to keep it looking fresh. One thing I love is how comfortable it feels on my eyes. It doesn’t sting or irritate like some eyeliners do when applied to the waterline. I’ve also used it to tightline my upper lash line, and it works beautifully there too. It gives that soft, full-lash look without looking harsh.
