Waterproof and non smudge liner

I only use this eyeliner. It is waterproof and very pigmented. In love with it

Made eyes irritated

I have very sensitive eyes, and have had reactions to certain products in the past. Unfortunately this eyeliner made my eyes red and watery and feel scratchy and sticky where I applied it to my water line and eyelids. It might be good for people who are not so sensitive like me, because it does go on smooth and very darkly pigmented and blendable. Unfortunately I wont be able to wear it again tho.
