Packaging is a FAIL

This product packaging is horrible. I rarely write bad reviews but don’t waste your money on this. Nothing comes out when you press the pump, I ended up having to break the top off & scoop it out with my fingers.

Needs better packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I think i must have gotten a faulty product as mine was all liquidy and there was no gel aspect to it at all. It was a nice product design unfortunately i think mine was faulty
