The bottles/ spray nozzles are horrible

I have purchased many bottles of this milky leave in conditioner and each one has a defective sprayer nozzle, among other annoying issues. The sprayer nozzle is ineffective and unable to dispense the product. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried adding water to the product but no luck. I have to transfer the product to a different bottle with a good spray nozzle. Additionally the bottle will weirdly fold in on itself as if it has been vacuum sealed. Very bizarre. Lastly, the lock button on the side of the nozzle randomly leaks leading to product waste and a mess. Every single bottle has the same problems. I love the product but the packaging is terrible and doesn’t function as intended. Please give us a better design.
