Formula changed

I’ve used this product for many years and always went back to it after trying something else. It never flaked or left crusties, it was thin, easy to use, separated my brows hairs and dried flawlessly. Unfortunately, the formula has changed - it’s now thick, sticky, and my brows often clump when shaping. Sadly I’ll have to find a new favorite.

If it Ain’t Broke…

Why do brands keep doing this with products that are perfect already? I’ve been using this product for years and the updated formula is terrible. Sticky, heavy, dries crusty on the brows. Bring the old formula back!
