White eyeliner

The color was honestly the best part about this eyeliner, it was a very good white but it was a bit leaky at the tip and gave a bit more product than I needed

The worst eyeliner I’ve ever used.

I bought this because I couldn’t get a hold of the usual elf brush tip eyeliner I use and oh my god. Claims to be water-proof but smudges horrifically from any moisture EXCEPT makeup remover. After using it there was absolutely nothing that would fully remove it from my face. I tried wipes, makeup remover, even an oil base cleanser and there is always residue literally A WEEK after using it. Bearing in mind I shower and do skincare every day. Yet it was still there. Also when you try to wipe it off it just moves the ink around your face. So it also just gets everywhere but is never removed?! Product itself is as it says: liquid so it dries in shape (until it smudges like I said) but absolutely not wearer friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this for anybody. Ever.
