[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This lipstick balm is amazing 💄 💋. I have never used Anastasia Beverly hills before and I am extremely happy with this product. The tube and packaging is so elegant!! The texture is absolutely wonderful. It isnt sticky at all! It glides on smoothly and my lips feel amazing. The color is so pretty too. I got the Neon rose and it is not bright. Its more neutral than neon and I love it ❤️ It's also considered Vegan which is so amazing.
