Made my hair feel waxy

I really don't like this conditioner. it's one of the worst ones I've used in a long time. I have fine limp hair and had high hopes for this but it made my hair feel extremely waxy, no matter how I used it. It also looked very full instead of shiny. I couldnt go as long in-between wash days.
