DO NOT recommend!

I’m so disappointed in this concealer and now Tower 28. I bought the new foundation, Swipe All-Over concealer, two brushes, and the SOS spray. Everything is getting returned. After using this concealer, it actually caused my eczema to flare up. This brand should definitely not market their makeup as eczema-safe. Extremely disappointed, and now having to use my prescription ointment to help with the flare-up.
