Leaves a waxy film behind

I have tried this product twice, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke the first time....When I used this it left a thick greasy/waxy firm on my hair. All day, all I wanted was to get home and wash my hair. It didn't necessarily look bad, it just felt bad.
