Expensive skin all day

I have very picky and reactive skin and this is my favorite primer after testing maybe a dozen. No breakouts. Good pigment organization. Gorgeous finish. Most grippy primers have mattifying or oil control ingredients that make my skin do the rebound oil thing so they self-destruct and have the opposite outcome for me. This one is ::chefs kiss:: My only complaint is that I get a very subtle fishy flash of smell when applying. I don’t smell anything from the bottle so I think this is just a chemical reaction to my skin. It dissipates in seconds and isn’t strong so I can’t hold it against the product, especially since this may be specific to me. Pair with NARS eyeshadow primer and setting spray and I get fantastic wear out of my makeup with minimal edits/touchups later. I was using the NARS shadow primer for a couple of years before trying this…it already outperformed others and is a staple. Also tested a multitude of setting sprays and my 2 finalists were the NARS mate to this and Fenty. I think I get *slightly* better late day wear with Fenty but this will depend on your skin and other products in your stack so I would recommend both.

I love this primer! Has a nice glow and finish. Will sometimes use it by itself for those no makeup days.
