Broke easily

I had a hard time giving this product such a low rating because I really did love it. It made my hair look fuller and have volume, and it was also probably the most comfortable headband I’ve ever worn however it broke within a few uses. After around 6 or 7 wears I went to put the tortoiseshell headband on and it just snapped. I was not rough with product I did not stretch it excessively so I’m not sure why it broke, but it’s just unfortunate because had it held up this really would have been the best headband. :(
