Consistently missing volume — buy the larger size

The scent is nice/sweet (maybe a little juvenile/not worth the price), but more importantly, this particular fragrance never comes fully filled in the travel size. I was sent a replacement when I complained and the replacement had even less liquid than the first one. See pic/compare to another new travel size from the same brand. The newly purchased mood ring travel sizes have as much liquid as the phlur fragrances I’ve bought secondhand. I’m tempted to return out of principle. Buy the larger size or not at all; the travel is a rip-off
