None of the bottles spray

For some reason, not a single bottle will work. One dribbles a bit if you hold it upside down while pressing spray button. May I have a replacement please or a refund? Thank you , Sally M Taylor

Sprayers issues

I bought four of the sampler hair perfume sets, one for myself and three for my daughters. I tried to use mine today. None of the sprayers work. I turned the cap slightly on the first one I tried and it popped off completely and flew somewhere and I’m still searching for it.. So now there is just an exposed spring mechanism coming out of the top of the tiny vial. Then proceeded to try each of the others and none of them spray. I’ve avoided twisted anymore caps for fear I’ll lose those as well. So now I don’t want to embarrass myself by giving to my daughters as little gifts. Very disappointed...must be a design flaw in the mister. I’ve bought samplers of spray perfumes, etc., from other companies and have never had an issue.
