[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure I needed a fragrance balm until I actually started playing around with this one. It smells fresh and juicy, with pear being the first thing I notice, followed by a softer floral and woody feel from lotus blossom and white wood. The balm melts into my pulse points and feels silky rather than greasy or sticky. I use it alone for something subtle, or underneath Rare Beginnings or other perfumes because it pulls the pear forward and makes the perfume smell fresher. It’s also tiny enough to keep in my purse.
