Tired and Dry

I have dry, mature skin and know all about good skin prep prior to makeup. Despite using products suited to my particular skin needs, this concealer made the under eye area look dull and dry. My husband actually asked me if I was coming down with something; that’s how dehydrated the area looked. Needless to say, that wasn’t the look I was going for. I did try the concealer a few times, playing around with the amount and placement, but to no avail. Once the concealer set, it looked dull, flat, and dry. Perhaps this works well on younger people, but those of us who have more mature skin—forget about it!
