Dried brown mascara

This mascara seems dry - nothing gets on my lashes when used.

Disappointed but i hope it improves

A serum pigmented mascara is really great, but it doesn't apply easily on to the lashes, the product also seems to gather unevenly near the top of the applicator. Nice colour, but I wish it was easier to use. Room for improvement - maybe in the consistency of the product or the applicator, I'm not sure.
