Flies out of the tube when opening

Ruined because it flies out of the tube and breaks upon landing. Love this product but this is seriously disappointing.

Entire stick fell out the first week I began using

I love this product but the last stick I purchased, the rose gold, the whole stick fell out right away. They need to design a much better method to hold these in, especially at this luxury price.
