People be warned. I've used this eyeliner for years and I'm about to get married and just bought a new one for my wedding and they completely changed the formula. It's extremely dry and the tip now is a little stiff tip that doesnt goide on the ye. Its terrible doesn't move so it doesn't glide with the eyeliner it's horrible.
