Makes hair dry and tangled

I really hate this, it makes my hair so dry and tangled. Olaplex 3? Awesome. Fine hair shampoo? Great. Heat protectants? Ok-to-meh. Fine hair conditioner? Feels borderline damaging, and my hair is softer before using it.
