Nice sheer balm… doesn’t help relieve dry lips

I was looking for a good moisturizing lip balm. It’s not bad, but it’s really just a tinted glossy balm. Doesn’t help relieve dry lips. It’s very thin and slippery. Has a very strong perfume scent…. It also has a minty scent. If you’re looking for a tinted balm to wear on a daily, it’s nice. It doesn’t do much besides that. If you need something to actually relieve dry lips and keep them moisturized, this is not it. I ended up picking up a beeswax lip balm from hurts bees… did the trick.
