Fell short of expectations

The positives: this product smells delicious, is soft and buttery, and a beautiful looking gloss The big fat negative: it doesnt plump my lips at all, not even a little bit. Not even a small tingle or difference. If i paid for a regular gloss this would be a 5, but it isn’t.
