Buildable Pigment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very thin application, and color can be as sheer or built up as you want. To apply a very sheer layer, I wipe off some of the excess on a tissue before applying to my lips OR I will simply apply as normal and blot quickly before the darker pigment sets in. Once it's on it's locked in place!
