Really bad for my hair

I’ve attempted to use this on 2 occasions (I used twice on both occasions) and it left my hair in a bad way. Whether it’s too much protein, I’m not sure but my hair initially felt thicker and fuller but ended up being damaged and broken at the ends. Both times the ends of my hair have ended up being wispy/straggly. I have recently had a hair cut (a week ago) so the ends were healthy until I used this product and now it looks like it needs cutting again. I have had to throw it in the bin.

I didn’t find it really did much. Maybe a little bit but it also made my hair feel like straw.
