worst red liner ever

This product took me several dtrokes just to get across my eyelash line. Each time i dipped in and started to apply to continue the line~ this product would be dry instantly. I had to redip for each quarter inch of application. This is horrible! I have not used it since. It is in my make up junk bin most definitely where it belongs‼️ I am sorry i bought this~
