Smells like cheap hair conditioner

1 star because it smells like hair conditioner, very strong fragrance. I think the fragrance gave me a bunch little breakouts BUT it’s kind of nice product.. The formula sinks in , it’s light weight and you get more than 6 uses . I would like a reformulated version. I feel like it’s hydrating but it’s so fragranced .
