Smudges are all over your eyes

I don’t know but this leaves your eyes black after a couple of hours of having it on. It’s so bad I have it a couple of tries and stills leaving black under my eyes.

Melted / ran by end of day

I found that this waterproof mascara ran by the end of the day, and I am having better luck with tubing mascaras. I did like the brush and consistency of the product, just wish it would stay put.
