Not suitable for all skin types

I bought this to improve skin radiance, but unfortunately it dried my skin out after one use, and now it feels tight and uncomfortable and fine lines are more visible. The description suggests it is suitable for all skin types, but I don't think this is true - I have normal to dry skin.
