No points were added to my Beauty Pass after my purchases in store, what should I do?

At Sephora, we are always rewarding you! If the points associated with your in-store purchase were not added, we are here for you! Contact our Customer Care team by sending an email or a WhatsApp message with the picture of the receipt and a valid phone number.

Within 48 hours, the Customer Care team will act on your request. A confirmation email will be sent to you stating that your request has been processed and in a maximum of 5 to 7 days the points associated with this purchase will reflect in your account.

For your convenience, to ensure that your points are always added to your account after an in-store purchase, we highly recommend downloading our Sephora App and creating an online Sephora account. This will allow you to present the virtual Beauty Pass card (available in the app), to our cashier at the store who will link the purchase with your account.
Purchases that are already associated with a loyalty card or that benefitted from employee discount cannot be added to a Beauty Pass.
