Don’t worry! There are a couple of reasons that your points balance might not look quite right. Below are some of the reasons which could be causing it.Points not there after a recent purchase?After any purchase it takes 72 hours for the points to be added to your balance. This will happen automatically if you were logged into your account when making an online purchase. For instore purchases the same applies if you provided the store staff with your account details.

If after 72 hours you cannot see the points on your balance please reach out to our Customer Service team with a copy of your invoice and they will be able to take care of this for you!
Why has my points balance been reduced?Usually this happens when you have become eligible for a free gift from Sephora!

For Black Card Holders for every 200 points, you earn from purchases you will receive a gift barcode for redemption. Your points will be deducted automatically when you reach 200 points, and you will receive an email within 4 business days to the email address registered on your account containing the bar code needed to redeem your gift instore!

For Gold card holders you will earn a free gift after every 1000 points earned.

If you do not receive the email with the bar code, please reach out to our Customer Service team with a copy of your invoice and they will be able to take care of this for you!Haven’t shopped with us in a while?If you have not used your account with us in over 18 months your points balance will return to 0.

Here is a break down for you:White Beauty Pass – This is the starting tier for all customers when signing up to the Loyalty Program.
