This is not waterproof. If you cry or your eyes water, without even rubbing your eyes, this eyeliner will smudge all over your eye.

There are better options

I barely got to use this eyeliner before it dried out. I prefer this applicator over a brush eyeliner but the formula didn’t stand out to me.
