Where was this eyeliner all my life?!! Truly the best eyeliner I have ever used and I’ve tried sooo many. It glides on perfectly whether over foundation, over primer, over eye shadow and most importantly stays on all day and night if necessary. I have used it daily for about three months and it’s still as new. Perfect!

Bring the old formula

Please bring the old one this one is terrible I really loved the old formula for years now I can’t find it anywhere please bring it back
