very precise. i normally don't do very well with liquid liner but this one is very easy to use

Excellent eyeliner! The tip is precise, the colour is rich black, and it lasts all day without smudging. Very easy to apply, even if you're not an expert. One of the best affordable felt-tip liners I've used.
