[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Lip Liner is the best, smudge-proof lip liner on the market! It is the only lip liner I have used that does not bleed after wearing it all day with a lip gloss over it. The color is also super buildable, so you can control the opacity of the product. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a good, long lasting lip liner!
