Disappointed!

I have been using ABH Brow Wiz for more than 20 years. For the past 2 years I have been using a cheaper alternative. I recently purchased Brow Wiz, and I'm sadly disappointed. The color pay off isn't the same. I have to use too much product to fill in my brows. I only recommend if you like barely there brows.

I really love this pencil because the texture is perfect—it applies smoothly without flaking. However, as many other users have mentioned, the brush end breaks off very quickly. I only used it twice before it started falling apart in pieces. I’ve purchased this product multiple times, hoping the issue was just a fluke, but it’s clearly a recurring problem. After taking the mechanism apart, I also noticed there was still plenty of product left inside that became unusable because the dispenser stopped working. Very disappointing for a product at this price point.
