There are way better options

Second ingredient is Alcohol. When I would wipe my face with a cotton round with the toner on it, not only would it burn my skin, but it would somehow burn my eyes while applying it to the SKIN around. Giving it 2 stars for how it cleans the skin, but it's outweighed by how drying and stripping it is.
