wanted to love

i really wanted to love this but after it dries, it leaves a residue that looks like dry skin or glue. i’ve tried only dipping in once to prevent the after look but everytime it looks like i have dry skin

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used a few eyebrow gels and this one is absolutely my fave. Dries quickly, has a lot of hold, doesn't feel goopy. Love it!
