Formula a bit thick

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I don't know if I have an older formulation or what but this feels pretty thick on my hair, not what you'd expect from a shampoo. I often have to double cleanse with another shampoo which I feel like kind of defeats the purpose. At this price point I'd hope it does everything!

Soft hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Ouai detox shampoo. It’s so good. The texture is so lightweight. I have been using it for a while and I can see the results. My hair is so soft and silky. I like the scent too, it smells so delightful
