Feels tacky but leaves skin soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clarins Double Serum 9 has a lovely light rose scent to it and leaves my skin feeling very soft and supple. The serum does leave my skin feeling tacky and looking very dewy which I did not like. I noticed instant plumpness and my face felt hydrated. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
