Great eyeliner

I love this eyeliner. It is very pigmented and glides on smoothly. The colors are vibrant as well. There is no clumping or smearing. The design of the pen is convenient and it’s my most used eyeliner.

This doesn’t budge at all even after I use cleansing oil. I honestly don’t know if it’s a bad or good thing
