Not smudge proof, transfer proof, etc.

This formula does not do what it says it will. Upon the first application, within an hour I had dark circles under my eyes tell the pigment being carried with the oils in my skin. I had a stressful day, periodically checking my face between meetings to ensure I did not appear to have had a late night the night before. Had to return the product, it did not deliver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] LOVED this mascara, this was no filter after hours of wearing it. Lashes stayed up and curled. It never clumped on me! Easy to take off! Would definitely buy again!
