Somewhat Drying
This was initially decent for my dark under eyes but after about a month of using it, I noticed that area was dry and flaky no matter how much I put on. I recently switched and my undereyes are much more hydrated.

I’ve purchased this product twice. I’m lazy about putting on eye cream it’s very hydrating but it doesn’t wow me in redoing puffiness.
