Doesn’t stay where applied

It doesn’t stay where you put it, within a matter of minutes it’s all over my lids. By the end of the day it’s highlighted the bags under my eyes as well.

This product became very clumped together and starter to flake off and fall into my eyes. I love the other Bobbi brown cream eye shadows but this particular one was horrible due to the sparkles in it.
